Premier Designs is a direct sales jewelry company founded in 1985 by Joan and Andy Horner in Irving, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. Through our non-traditional approach of putting people first — before profits — Premier Designs has grown into a more than 350-million-dollar — debt-free — corporation with Independent Distributors (we call them Jewelers) in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Premier Designs Jewelers market quality high fashion jewelry to small groups through Home Shows. We are members of the Direct Selling Association, but our emphasis is on serving rather than selling.

Premier Designs offers a wide array of beautiful, affordably-priced jewelry to suit a variety of fashion styles — from classic elegance to contemporary, vintage romantic to naturally simple. Our catalog includes more than 700 pieces of jewelry, with an average item retailing for about $34. And not only is Premier Designs jewelry beautiful and affordable, it's created according to standards of quality to ensure it "keeps its good looks" through many seasons of wear. Hostess Plan

• A Home Show with at least $100 in retail sales qualifies the Hostess to receive 30% of the retail show total in FREE jewelry of her choice.
• Hostesses can also qualify to purchase up to eight items at half-price!

Hostesses can also qualify for up to $100 in additional FREE jewelry:

• $25 for having the Home Show on the originally-scheduled date
• $25 for collecting $100 in advance orders
• $25 for having 10 guests in attendance (18 years of age or older)
• $25 for three or more Home Shows booked by her guests

Marketing Plan

Premier Designs makes it easy to conduct your business and earn income by retailing the jewelry and by mentoring those you sponsor into the business.

• All Jewelers earn 50% gross profit on jewelry sold at suggested retail.
• No inventory is required; sample jewelry is purchased at 50% off retail.
• Each Home Show is a pay day for the Jeweler, who gets to keep her 50% profit from each sale and sends to Premier the other 50% plus the tax and shipping paid by the customer.
• Jewelers who sponsor others into the business earn a 10% commission on the wholesale of everyone in the first three levels of their downline (sales organization) — even if there's only one person in each level. The company pays this commission to reward you for the time you invest in mentoring those you bring into the business.
