I utilize what I believe to be the most effective method to deliver a gentle and specific adjustment. You see, to get balance back to the body, it doesn't require cracking, popping, or twisting with high forces. I am Advanced Proficiency rated in the Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique which I feel gives me the ability to offer all of the advantages of Chiropractic and more, through the specificity of this technique

I really enjoy getting out and talking to the community about all aspects of health! I've done talks to school children, school district employees, moms groups and even weight management groups about nutrition, chiropractic, anatomy, ergonomics and green living. I hope that you think of me if you are looking for a speaker about various health related topics! I am nationally certified in the Thompson technique, I am also trained to use the Activator Methods and traditional manual adjusting (full spine) techniques.

Silvia has been a massage therapist for 10 years and has mostly worked in Chiropractic offices. She has a gift for making the clinical massage experience a relaxing one. She has experience working with small children, pregnant women, athletes, elderly with arthritis, to the basic massage enthusiasts.

Dr. Craig Gindele

I am Dr. Craig P. Gindele, Chiropractor. I am a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and an avid Steeler and Pirates supporter. My wife, Jan, as well as my daughter, Savanna, are both educators with the Lee county School District. My son, Nathan, and his wife, Brie, are both chiropractors.

I have six grandchildren, all of them in Florida. I'm a lucky guy!

I am a two-term president of the Rotary Club of North fort Myers, and past president of the Suncoast Chiropractic Association.

I am Activator proficiency rated and trained in KST (Koren Specific Technique), and other low-force techniques. These types of chiropractic adjustments are gentle, safe, and effective - - - no twisting or cracking involved. Low-force adjusting techniques have been proven effective for patients from newborns to centurions.
